I am excited to announce my return from maternity leave in June 2026 and the reopening of my Osteopathy practice. New clients are currently being accepted.
Welcome to our online booking! If you are unable to find an appointment time that works for you, please add yourself to the waitlist or email motionkare@gmail.com and every effort will be made to accommodate your schedule.
Fee Schedule: Please note that as of June 1, 2026, treatment fees will be as follows:
Returning Clients: Returning clients who have not received treatment within the past 12 months are asked to book a Reassessment appointment to allow for an updated review of health history information and current treatment goals.
Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment for any reason, will be charged the entire treatment fee to the card on file. Please note that missed appointment fees cannot be claimed under your extended health benefits.
Accessibility: If you require accessibility accommodations, please contact us to make your needs known in advance or book an appointment with me at Speed River Physiotherapy in Downtown Guelph.

and I can’t wait to meet you! I am an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with a passion for helping people overcome health challenges that interfere with their ability to live more joyful, active, and fulfilling lives.
My passion for understanding the intricacies of the body began while training and competing internationally as a rhythmic gymnast representing Team Canada. At that level, injuries were common; however, through rehabilitation and successful management, these experiences fostered my devotion to understanding the human body and its remarkable ability to heal.
After obtaining my BSc in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph, I enrolled in the 5-year program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy. The program culminated in the successful defence of my thesis exploring the importance of an interdisciplinary approach in women’s pelvic health. Collaboration with pelvic floor physiotherapists throughout this project further reaffirmed my belief in the value of collaborative, patient-centred care.
While I have a special interest in women’s and pelvic health, I enjoy treating individuals with a wide variety of concerns. Whether you are seeking treatment for back pain, neck pain, headaches, chronic tension, pelvic health concerns, or other ongoing symptoms, you’ve landed in the right place! I take a full-body approach to treatment, focusing on joint mechanics, the fascial system, visceral manipulation, and craniosacral therapy. This approach aims to reduce strain and tension throughout the body while supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and function optimally. My goal is to provide individualized care that supports the body as a whole and helps patients return to the activities that are most important to them.
